Who we are
Azordi is a booking and business platform for beauty & aesthetics clinics, designed and owned by The Nerdy Dermy — a therapist, for beauty business owners. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.
Information we collect
Account details (name, email, business details), client records your clinic creates (names, contact details, appointment history and any notes or medical history you choose to store), booking and payment records, and usage data needed to run the service.
How we use it
To provide bookings, reminders, payments, reporting and support; to keep the service secure; and to comply with our legal obligations. We never sell your data or your clients' data.
Client data & your responsibility
Your clinic controls the client records it stores in Azordi. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required to store health or personal information, and for handling it in line with applicable privacy laws.
SMS & communications
When SMS reminders are enabled, appointment details are sent to your clients via our messaging provider solely to deliver those messages. Message content is not used for marketing by us.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Stripe handles card data under its own PCI-compliant security.
Analytics & advertising measurement
Where a clinic enables it, our public booking pages use analytics and advertising tools such as Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads. These tools may set cookies and record page visits and completed bookings to measure marketing performance. When advanced matching is enabled, limited contact details a client enters at booking (such as email, phone and name) are hashed (irreversibly scrambled) on the device and shared with Meta and/or Google solely to match a booking to an ad and measure advertising results. We do not sell this data, and only hashed values — never plain-text contact details — are shared for this purpose. Clients can opt out via their browser or device ad-tracking settings, and by using the ad-preference controls offered by Meta and Google.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is role-based, and passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing. We continually work to protect the platform against unauthorised access.
Data retention
We retain data for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal and accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Contact us and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
