About Azordi & The Nerdy Dermy
Azordi is a booking and business platform for beauty & aesthetics clinics, designed and owned by The Nerdy Dermy — a therapist, for beauty business owners. By using Azordi you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Your account
You may sign up for free and use Azordi to run your clinic. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account, and for the accuracy of the information you and your team enter.
Acceptable use
Use Azordi lawfully and only for your legitimate clinic operations. Don't misuse the platform, attempt to breach its security, or use it to send unlawful, misleading or unsolicited messages.
Client data & consent
You control the client records, notes, photos and consultation forms you store in Azordi. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required to collect and store personal or health information and to contact your clients, and for handling that data in line with applicable privacy laws.
SMS & messaging
Where SMS is enabled, appointment reminders, confirmations, consultation links and other messages are sent to your clients on your behalf via our messaging provider. You are responsible for ensuring your clients have consented to receive these messages. Standard message and data rates may apply to recipients. Clients may opt out of non-essential messages at any time by replying STOP, and you agree to honour opt-outs.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms. Azordi does not store full card numbers. You are responsible for the accuracy of prices, taxes, refunds and receipts you issue to your clients.
Availability
We work hard to keep Azordi available and secure but provide the service on an 'as is' basis. We may update, improve or occasionally interrupt the service for maintenance.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, The Nerdy Dermy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Azordi. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
